i guess all the people who dropped off had punctures and shirley you could have just skipped a couple of bridges to catch up??

or am i being overly critical.

I tried, but the trouble is, how do you know which bridge you're most likely to catch up on - I tried waiting at 2 bridges to no avail.

I suspect this was during the Battersea stop Velocio mentioned. If I had not skipped the bridges I would have caught up, and had time for a drink. As it was I gave up assuming you were all still ahead of me, and in fact I was back in Bethnal Green by the time you had got to Parliament Square.

This is why you need at least one proper mid-point stop that everyone knows about and can aim for.
