Puncture free tyres

specialized armadillos i had no problems with, switched to a conti gatorskin, which promptly punctured three times in a week. Switched to a bonti hardcase, and got another puncture. Turns out I nicked the tube with a tyre lever, pinched it against the rim when I was putting the tyre back on, like a twat. Newbie fail over (only twenty plus years on bikes), and they're fine. Marathon plus will be going on the build when the rims arrive and the damn thing is built...

Conti gatorskins are nowhere near the likes of armadillos or marathons, but that is not surprising since they weigh about 30% of those!
