David Le Grys and Lee Povey of www.fasttrackcoaching.biz are proud to announce details of our first track clinic on Saturday May 30th and Sunday May 31st at Newport Velodrome.
This two day clinic is for two groups.
Sprinters who will be covering 200m TT, match sprint and kierin. Working on observation, technique and race tactics.
Time trial group who will be covering the pursuit, as well as 500m, 750m and kilo.
Targeting starting technique, position, indoor track riding skills and pace judgement.Saturday’s session starts at 12.30 arriving at the track, 1pm for a rider briefing and then on to the session and finishes with a video debrief ending at 7pm. There will also be a Q and A after for weekend attendees.
Sunday’s sessions starts at 7.30am arriving at the track with a rider briefing at 8.00. Sunday’s session is all about putting the skills and feedback learnt from Saturday into practice.
The session will end with a video debrief finishing at 2pm.
There will be extensive verbal and video feedback throughout both days.There is a 10 % discount for clubs booking groups of 5 or over.
