Oh jesus, I know the Slam crew as well. From Henry (present) to Henry (past) all the way back to Pizzer/Seth etc etc. And Sunman/Fos/Andy from before the warehouse (RIP) was in Latimer road and they still did all the Tum Yeto gear.
Saw Seth the other day.... I loved those early days at Slam!
I have to say that Henry is a top geezer ... BIG UP! -

Feel the need to promote my self again.. :)
The good (returning this summer with red front tire, and green rear, and new blue bartape, and perhaps some fresh yellow leather on that Flite):
The bad (that needs some blacker wheels):
The ugly (that needs a angle grinder and some new ugly paint):
and me (needs to get in shape and loose 10 pounds):

Aha, saw you today, and your bike.
But i must admit, the first thing i thought was "dear lord not another", but out of all of the one in the Consortium, i like yours the most, even above mine.
Are you a student? -
• #6692
Yeah I am and thanks for the compliment. I get what you mean about not another too, the amount of brakeless fixed gears that worked their way out of the woodwork when it was sunny last week was a bit silly. You can tell how little they get used too, but I see you around on yours a lot; good skills... I used to lock my road bike at parly before I built the fixed gear (last week) so you've probably never clocked my on my bike. Where do you ride in from?

I was staring at this black frame with green wheels this morning on Tooley St this morning trying to work out why it looked so familiar - you or just a similar bike?
-
• #6694
Ah makes sense, but locking up in parli seems unnecessary because Ellis is much easier to access. Come up from Euston Station every day.
And Tricity, im very rarely south of the River, but am hoping to attend Either south or SE drink Next week.Oh and thanks, i ride rain and shine.

Older face, new build.
I live in Southampton at the moment. There's only a hand full who ride fixed down here, if any reading this lives here give me a shout.
