Rourke's gone now, I've still got the diamant if anyone's interested, will accept offers which are not too low. It's in a very good condition, new bb and headset...

Surprised i have to explain this. Snowflake offers very uneven spoke tensions and stresses and is not generally that suitable for a brakeless fixed wheel which is going through far more strain than say a road wheel. I would never recommend such a pattern for that application. Then again you've got one mate whos been ok so far so guess my extensive wheel building knowledge counts for nothing.
Lukeyb - after looking at the work you did on Fils bike you dont have the right to comment mate! fucking rookie -

Sokay, I guess you have to defend yourself. I was dubious at first but from my experience the lacing has been more than good. Still running perfectly true and smooth after more than 6 months of riding, so i guess it's not bad for all wheels

safe bro, This got me thinking actually, and i was talking to my mate last night. The soft ride quality snowflake gives you is probably actually quite effective for a trick bike, ie something that isnt ridden that fast/ gets bumped around a lot, cos the wheel flexs to quite some degree. I stand corrected! :]
ps - My friend fmano is quite interested in ur diamant, hes only just joined tho so he cant PM you. Is it still available? hes pretty seriousNice one.
Thirds on the Pug if no payment received. I can pay cash now if this helps...
