Yesterday, in Harlington/High St/ Road? ( not familiar with the roads around there).... Guy on a orange gangster...thought it was Khy ( Koens) but he seemed much shorter so unsure if it was him? Was riding like a bat out of hell, yelled out but he didn't hear me in his rush
