The expression "My bad" that people seem to be adopting cause maybe they think it's the in thing to say, it's bad enough hearing the kids saying it let alone an adult, it sounds ridiculous.

I get annoyed when non-americans say it but I understand why they do.. I don't think it's necessarily because it's the 'in' thing to say.. More that it's a throw-away version of apologising where you don't actually have to say the dreaded words 'I'm sorry'
