yes indeed. The coaching can be set up in a simular way to the national standard cycle training. I'll show you this in person. I definately think a manufacturer would give bikes. Now is the time to do it tho with the emphasis on getting children cycling. This would be a great thing for the government and councils to be seen getting involved in.
