Biscuits for a good cause... input wanted

Well, the space works after you've been there for a while, but because I have a horrible temper, it was not good for more than two people. So if anyone ever wandered into the kitchen to look for something, wrath was incurred.

I've always fancied working in a bigger kitchen, but the whole vegan thing makes it hard for me to find the right place to go. I can't even spend more time on training anywhere, really. I apprenticed for 5 years under different chefs, but it's not really the same.

My mate Adrian was thinking of setting up a vegan catering business when he returns from his cycling trip from India to Europe in September (estimated time of trip completion). He's a very experienced caterer. There seem to be more and more vegetarian or vegan businesses that do well, so perhaps that would be something to think about?

I love hazelnuts too. So much so, in fact, that I can spell the word hazelnut :p

I used to teach a Turkish woman whose father ran a massive hazelnut production operation. He was a hazelnut millionaire. Seriously. I used to get free bags of them off her on a regular basis. Miss that job...

Almonds rock my world though. They're so fucking healthy and nutritious it's on the verge of being obscene (to quote a song that has nothing to do with nut(rition)).

Maybe that was just my Swear-a-lot 2000 switch up too high. Kryz can bake another batch then when he's better ;)

We did talk about that yesterday, actually.

Kryz promised never to break anything while on a bike again, and I mentioned that it was ok, I'm due a proper accident soon so he should be looking up cookie recipes now.
