Anyone can come. There are no restrictions. Many of us ride other bikes at times, from road bikes through to mountain bikes.
By and large you'll find most people doing rides are fixed, and then a chunk of single speeders, and finally a small number of every other type of bikes.
Even though it's skewed towards fixed, there is no restriction or rule to say that you have to be FG or SS, and people are very welcoming of everyone.
