I thought everyone used the deserted tunnel that starts at the northern end of the Kingsway underpass.
Just go down there, and about 20m in on your left, pull the metal hook that's affixed to the wall with the little bike symbol on. The section of wall opens enough to squeeze through with your bike.
The only problem is that the lights are no longer maintained, so you'll need a reasonable beam to pick out irregularities in the floor of the tunnel; but it's not too bad.
At the far end, you just push the wall at what looks like a dead end, and you come out at the base of the London Monument, a stone's throw from London Bridge.
