first of all, sorry to hear about everyones losses. having your bike nicked sucks big time!
i was wondering if a lot stolen bikes end up at brick lane markets, do any actual cyclists sell their bike there? I figured cyclists would prefer to use ebay or gumtree to get more money. so is it safe to assume that all (or most) fixed gear/track bikes at brick lane are stolen and therefore making it alot easier to identify stolen bikes and for police to ask for proof of purchase from said sellers.
*I dont live in london and have never witnessed brick lane markets bike selling so apologies if this sounds dumb.
