Regarding the Shamals I've been told by an TT-oracle that one of the fastest TT stages ever was done on a pair of Shamals by Mr. Indurain. He averaged around 53 km/h on that stage. So considering that, I think it's quite a decent wheel for buying milk and posing outside Starbucks.
