Are the recipes secret? I have had 2 people ask for them. Not specific either. They want ALL the recipes. Thank you from all at Elvis.

I don't think the concept of vegan was around when Jesus was so i'm sure it's fine.
Based on the comments in my office; you could have sold all your cookies to just my floor! They were awesome.

yeah they're well yummy. cheers!

The choc chip cookies are simply evil. They have quite unnecessarily exaggerated my cyclist's stoop to silly extremes. Ouch. :)
-
• #111
Apparently Tynan demolished the choc chip ones.
He was uncertain about the peanut variety, but daddy's going to demolish those when he gets in :)
-
• #112
the peanut butter ones are my favourite.
-
• #113
+1 to the peanut.
Distinct lack of hazlenuts though. Why doesn't everyone lese love hazlenuts as much as me? They are the best reason I can think of that proves the existence of a benevolent creator. Seriously.
-
• #114
I love hazelnuts too. So much so, in fact, that I can spell the word hazelnut :p
I used to teach a Turkish woman whose father ran a massive hazelnut production operation. He was a hazelnut millionaire. Seriously. I used to get free bags of them off her on a regular basis. Miss that job...
Almonds rock my world though. They're so fucking healthy and nutritious it's on the verge of being obscene (to quote a song that has nothing to do with nut(rition)).

Arse! I totally missed this thread. Could have asked for them to hospital to relieve the post op boredom. Nhatt, nice to meet you the other day too (with Hovis Brown).

• #116
They were lovely, many thanks Nhatt and anyone else who made the loveliness I have just consumed and also thanks to Ryan for delivering, top man!

Out of the 48 I bought I've had 2 of each and can barely move :)
-
• #118
I can barely move too....but for lack of sleep :-)
Thanks to everyone for making this work, I think about 250 goes to Kryz after expences et all.
As far as recipes go I don't use them, but I'll ask Caroline and Wayne for the recipes they used for the brownies and the peanut butter cookies.
Totally epic. Thanks again everyone.

Nhatt, that was heroic--I hope all your sweet dreams revolve around being deservedly proud of yourself. And do pass our appreciation on to your partners in dough!

• #120
When's the next batch? :)
-
• #121
I've taken a vow to never bake things in multiples higher than ten dozen even again.
But I like making and delivering christmas cookies on christmas (no family in this part of the world), so PM me if your in the country and we'll talk. First ten only though ;-)

• #122
you're making cookies? I'll take some!

All easily done with a proper kitchen:
How did it go in Pogo's--surely it must have been intensely cramped?
-
• #124
Well, the good thing about pogo is that I spent nearly every waking moment in that kitchen for three years, so I know it really really well.
The bad news is it was very cramped, but we managed ok. Photo's to follow after I learn how to take them off the digi cam

I never understood how John (Pumpkin's owner) used to be able to manage in that tiny kitchen.
Dammit! Accidentely hit the 'Mark Forums Read' button recently and completely missed this thread! Sound tasty. Next time I guess...
