Oh no, that's me. I nod at other cyclists who are doing laps around regents park. I don't wear flouro or ride a marin hybrid tho'. I always thought that fairweather cyclists actually quite rude, i.e they seem to show zero respect for general road laws, and when they run red lights, all the time, it's without any seeming care for the existence of other traffic.
