Seriously though, it's nice and mellow - kind of weird but in a good way for the most part. The first time I went someone just brought over a plate of sammiches for us which was nice. If you're not into the art you can normally ignore it and enjoy the atmosphere / location. £5 to get in which seems a bit much given that you don't get a whole lot for your money and the drinks aren't super cheap but it's OK once in a while. Closes with enough time for me catch the last train home and not feel like I'm missing out on anything. Suits me pretty well, all in all.

Couldn't agree more. Not a "regular evenings out" sort of place, but a real one-off venue and a fine change from the usual round of London boozatoria.
