Black cab assault

Will, if someone shoots a bullet at you, and it lands near you, and you weren't hurt, would this be a crime?

I say report it. The time and places are known, so there will be a chance CCTV captured some of it.

The police are useless enough i don't agree with giving them more crap to go through, stolen bikes and severe accidents then 100% report it else it's really too much effort and waste of effort IMO
