I think it's a falcon frame but not sure, isn't in amazing condition but seems ok to me, no dents as far as i'm aware.
has a 501 decal on it but i doubt if it's genuine! comes, with forks, stem, cranks, seatpost, saddle etc (basically all you can see in the pics here - http://www.flickr.com/photos/28119032@N02/sets/72157615391622013/)
