I reckon you should set up a quiz lists of pub names around the city centre. Make some easy and some cryptic. In each pub there should be something distinctive for each team to photograph themselves to.
Give points for each pub visted with the highest points to the most cryptic questions.
End pub should be named and central with a late closing time and all teams should turn up, turn over their cameras to score points. Prize for the winning team.
