nah, badly bent sadly beautiful 80's top of the range green bianchi chromed forks and rear stays columbus tubing embossed with bianchi logo
few bits worth salvaging off there though -

might put some crappy bits on it and see if it'll ride
the rear stays bent one way might make up for the bend of the front forks the other way
might ride perfectly ! -

can you remove the lugs and make a new frame with them?

give it to ted at FGL. he could swap the tube or salvage the other bits.

if the tubes aren't too bent i guess they could just be pulled apart and re - designed
Nice lugged classic Bianchi frame. Unfortunately bent.
