yeah. good point. this bit is a little controversial.my mate has a mate who knows someone high up in the essex police force (a cycling police chief).and the cycling police chief had a word with the local police who threw a bit of manpower at it.(apparently 50 bikes a week get stolen in tower hamlets). (but i find that difficult to believe).
