Be careful with getting a Fahgetaboutiut, she may end up well over her luggage allowance with that! Just go to Torc Anchors and buy chain and padlock from there, cheaper and probably better: http://www.torc-anchors.com/
As above, with the current exchange rate it's pretty hard to find anything that is significantly cheaper. Probably easiest to go for smaller American-made parts that will fit in a suitcase, so Chris King or Cane Creek 110 headsets, Thomson stuff, for example.
