the thing is, those nodsters upset you because they ride as fast as they can at all times and don't read the road, they only hold you up if you want to go as fast as you can at all times because you are faster than them. That's part of sharing the road, just overtake them.
to avoid the stress of other people, avoid the routes they travel or ride at a less urgent pace, more speed/less haste.
