Safari. Firefox is too slow. Quite like Chrome, too, which uses the same rendering engine.
If I am on a shitty locked-down Windows machine with no modern version of Firefox installed, I just use Portable Firefox or Portable Chrome. They were meant to be carried around and run from USB sticks but they unzip on your desktop perfectly. This is something that people who can't install software on their work machines could try.
