This is it, folks! I'm counting and organizing the last of the orders, so if you haven't either PMed me or emailed me, then you might get skipped on the baked goods goodness!
I'm just posting the e-mail that many of you have gotten on this thread, so that if you are going to order you'll know how it's going to work...
I can't thank everyone enough for helping to make this such a success. As long as I don't die from over expose to flour, this will be one of the more remarkable things done on a bike for a good cause. AWESOME!!
Hello all!
So all the little cookie elves have been hard at work with planning their routes and buying ingredients, and your cookies will be arriving at some point on tuesday! I'm starting from e5 and heading west, so if you are in an E or EC post code, you'll be first. Another courier will be delivering to E14 and some of the E1 post codes, a nice fellow called Posh John.
Some of you may not know this, but that chances are pretty good that your company doesn't like couriers (and to be honest, who can blame them? We smell and we deliver bills). If you haven't sent me your phone number, this is probably a good idea, just in case they won't let John or I up to deliver your cookies to you, then you can come grab them from us instead of having to deal with post room trauma, and no one likes post room trauma :-)
If you haven't got your cookies and your about to leave for lunch/the day/the pub, feel free to ring me and I'll tell you where I am and how long it will take me to get to you.
My number is 07983519127. If you would prefer me to ring you so that you can come down and have a look at the christianna set-up (geek), then just let me know.
Thanks everyone for everything, I'll post how much money we raised as well as some photo's of what the Team Awesome Baking Division looks like while trying to bake over 50 dozen cookies at 2 AM.
