Stolen Bikes - Broadway market

Hi,

My girlfriend Hannah (Miss Britten) and I have had our bikes nicked today (14/3/2009) between 4-6 from the top of Broadway Market, opposite the Cat and Mutton pub.

The fuckers cut through my Kryptonite lock in broad daylight in a busy market!

Anyway - Mine was a blue IRO 53cm, risers with white champ grips, EX stem, Shimano 105 brake, Miche Advanced cranks, IRO hubs and Open Pro rims:

Hannah's was a '07 white Genesis Flyer 52cm, free/fixed hub, drop bars with black fizik tape, white bottle cage, cateye lights on bars and seat post, heart spoke card with "you've been spotted", ladies specialized saddle, toecages with yellow straps:

out of interest...what krypto lock, size how was it locked good to know how the bike thiefs are working. ABit of an ed question really. Sorry.

I agree with slaytanic... this is just getting ridiculous..Why do the police just not give a fuck??? I watched 4 coppers on MB this afternoon in victoria park fucking about doing some sort of "how to ride a bike" training...... Grown men! ... When peoples bikes are getting stolen. pisses me off!...rant over.

I think we should build a den in the woods and lure them there with sweeties and then do something like really nasty to them like make them eat slugs or take their geography text books and like draw willies on the cover and then we could all drink pop, as much pop as we want, and then when we get home we can tell our mummies that we've been in the library. it'll be ace.

strange you should say that (have you been spying on me?!), i stumbled across a den in sydenham hill woods with my kids today. it was quite an impressive structure. perfect for drinking too much pop, having burping competitions and force feeding slugs to bike thieves etc...
