Wow, how did I miss this thread? Sooo long and semi-literate, marvellous. More aggro is what the world doesn't need. If anyone gives a crap (not likely), it's an open-and-shut case from a contract law point of view. But then since no-one on fleabay gives a crap about rules / the law, why am I surprised? Gutted for all concerned.
