I think it's probably worth saying - this is basically ALWAYS on as long as the weather's okay.
If it's looking dodgy it's one to discuss but I think if it's pleasant enough there will always be someone waiting at the Tate Modern underneath the Millenuim Bridge for a 1pm start...
so if the weather's okay tomorrow it's DEFINITELY on.....! if not we'll talk about it around 11.30 or so I guess....
