Spagetti Hoops last night nodding his way down Albert Embankment on the rustbucket, with a wry grin on his face, and then from the balcony of the Young Vic*, hundreds of others individually pottering between Waterloo and the river. Hundreds I tell yous.
Oh and Pete Postlethwaite**, at the bar. His voice is going.

Man - I haven't had a decent race for ages (sounds like neither did you), no-one seems to want to challenge. Maybe in the summer things might be different....

Spotted Rider Down - long haired kid in black (Crankenstien?) with a lid on a Black frame/red rims pulling away at the lights where Uxbridge meets Shep bush green. Tuesday morning around 8ish
I am not sure what manuva that was but to me it looked like you were trying to throw yourself over the handle bars to nibble the sun baked tarmac. Now i am no nutrionist but I have found porridge is a better way to start the day, oats give you slow release of energy, you can eat in bed and it tastes a little better than bitumen

I think i did bark something unintelligible as I was a) surprised to see you out of work so early, and b) delayed by not recognising you in a helmet. I was on the river side walking up to Waterloo to see the lovely man that is Retro di Corsa.
Oh and it was the Gould production of King Lear. Very good overall, but they hammed up the eye gouging.

Hael on Euston rd at the junction with Hampstead rd.
A woman going slowly up Kingsland road on a bike powered by two pivoted skate boards instead of pedals. Looked like a right work out.
