Ah so it was a clamp not crank! My mistake. Was reading so quickly!
Brooks is either an old swallow or it's been chopped.
Either way...£99 is a bargain. (if no collision) Looks ok to me.
That frame will come up amazing after a new paint job.
Must be an old path racer or summat...
