hey sry to ask if it came up elswhere, but where do i get 'magnatic' (oooh) ball bearing balls ... and ey how to get them to leave the bolts cosy nest?

just got my seating set and ridden in and rly don't like the extra chain add on. though it might be the best thing to do as this is what i hear all the time.
