I paid €300 for front & rear track SystemEx/Formula/can't remember the name hubs on Mavic CXP-33's in Cycleogical, FWIW.
Probably not the cheapest, even if you went for cheaper rims, but Cliff is a decent sort and I'd had lots of recommendations.
