  • one thing that i found is that if you are having trouble 'feeling good' when you are running then do some core strength work. makes you feel much studier and stronger. in my humble opinion.

    Very true this.

    If your lower back and stomache are strong, you feel more comfortable (stable) when running.

    I'm also loving these lighter evenings (I live in Norway so the difference from winter is huge) ;)
