Get a truing stand. You'll have no problem selling it again on ebay if you're not going to make more of them. I've put together a page on my site about a minimum toolset. It's not definitive, just the way I work. Will hopefully give you some pointers though.

I'd lend you mine but I have loads of wheels to build at the moment and getting too many enquiries for builds. Good fun trying to keep up though!
