I'm posting my first thread. If you had the choose hypothetically from these three issues which one and only one would you have over the others, if it could be guaranteed:-

1. Freedom of the streets, eg. no motor vehicles in congestion zone at non peak times and weekends more dedicated safe cycle routes
   
2. Security of your bike, eg. absolute guaranteed protected property
   
3. Safety on all central London Roads, eg no more road deaths or accidents
   
   

and if you could change one thing what would that be.. do we have voting buttons..
