the internal diameter will be either 30mm or 32mm, pretty much 100% of 18t will be 32mm. 15t upwards is normally 32mm, 14t downwards is normally 30mm.
30mm is BMX STANDARD
32mm is SINGLESPEED STANDARD.
the dicta in the pic is probably 32mm.
