Yo so im looking for some nylon screws for work and came across these....

You can tighten them up with your fingers, I think these teamed up with a washer and a nut would be good for fixing disks.
might get a few samples ;)

oh and the material is called correx which you can buy from travis perkins and its £5 a sheet of 1200X2400 at 2mm thick slightly thinner but works as well. available in black and white.
