i've got a pair of nice looking weinmann retro levers with details on the lever themselves, and a similar clamp as the ones shown in provenrad's post

...Perhaps you mean www.freshtripe.co.uk After all tripe has a similar consistency to squid. Paul at FreshTripe often sells nice things, not sure what lever he has at the mo.

Nice one, thanks for all of that. It was Fresh tripe I was thinking of.
Those levers look good, although I have mostache bars, so I don't know if hey will fit will they?

Someone told me about a site that has lots of vintage-style parts... I'm after a break leaver to replace my Gld Finger, which looks a bit modern.
The site has 'Squid' in the name I think.
