I would imagine that if you locked you bike up around UCL Tommy would be able to procure some liquid nitrogen and get it too the bike quickly enough to use it.
I would think that Liquid Nitrogen would be on the high risk side to carry around in ones bag however- a small spill and you risk your buttocks shattering when you sit down next.
