Another very smart scam happen at my work in Camden off Parkway last year.. we had a courtyard in our office off the busy one way road, twenty odd bikes parked there, CCTV coverage, people coming and going every second.. there are guys with bikes looking like couriers broad day light scoping every locked bike in the joint, lock their bike next one they want to steal...then go into reception with a duff address looking lost... come out pick lock on expensive vunerable bike make off.. leaving their shite behind.. I lost a £2grand bike that way.. serves me fucking right for commuting twenty minutes on a campag record holeburner.. saw the bike gone on CCTV too.. probably got sold on for £500.. sickening yes.. lesson taught yes..
