im no expert, but isnt the lockrng thread the only one to watch out for, and the cog thread is standard for all ?

yeah i think that should be fine, sprockets are to my knowledge universal, lockrings aren't

I have campags, with DA cogs. All good, cog threads are universal.
Lockring threads differ. Campag/Miche/Phil wood/Maillard all one sort, so interchangable.
Then Duraace/Formula/Goldtech/Grandcomp/etc use the other type.

I bought an old pair of Campag Record pista hubs the other day, and while i was about to fit a new Phil lockring, I noticed the cog which came on them is a Dura Ace - I was under the impression this should not work (Campag, Phil, Miche fitment only)
Has it been bodged on?
