PLenty of info on the net about routes etc. all really depend on fitness, experience and what your after really. Could try Wales for similar scenery or maybe the scottish Islands. Also check out the back of the MTB mags for people running trips they should all be able to help with routes etc. Right to Roam should mean that you won't have any access worries. Buy maps and work out your own route its not that difficult.
Don't skimp on the midgie repellent, this is the most important piece of kit for survival.
