Guerilla Pot Hole Spraying?

I'm considering this. I figure with a white shirt, yellow fluoro vest and maybe a clipboard, you might look 'official' enough to get away with spray circling holes in the road - a) so cyclists see 'em better b) so car drivers see 'em better and c) so the councils might get more heat about the state of the roads from parties a and b......

Those contractors spot marker sprays are pretty cheap and come in some heavy duty hi viz colours too!

do you think the fluoro vest is totally necessary? do it quickly out of sight of any lurking cops and be gone. smiles all round.
