Thanks to everyone who organised the ride, the arrival in Notting Hill was very moving. I think we should be proud of the forum tonight.

A very moving day and good to see so many in attendance. A big thanks to Ray and all those that helped organise the ride and especially to all the outriders that made it so safe for us all.

A great ride, very emotional, especially before the off, and at the end. It really shows that we are a community. I am so glad that Eilidh's family got to see just how much she meant to her friends, and indeed to those of us who didn't know her but shared her passion for cycling and felt she was one of us. Awesome job, guys.

A great, if bitter sweet day indeed. lovely to meet some more forumengers, and so lovely to feel such a sense of community and unity over such a tragic event.
special mention to the blockers who did an absolutely sterling job indeed! some of the drivers were incredibly hostile and you seemed to be handling them well. cheers.

Still not cycling after my own crash unfortunately so couldn't be there. But looking at the photos and the ITN footage... beautiful, guys, really touching.

i just wanted to add my two cents. i never knew about this forum and actually had never heard of a fixed or single-speed bike before, but a friend i love very much was good friends with eilidh and as we both cycle everywhere we did this ride together today. i just wanted to say that the organisation was outstanding and the whole ride was just beautiful. i have never seen anything collective like this in this country before - it was a truly life-affirming day. thank you to everyone involved, and as someone said above, let's hope this is never necessary again.

Were you there mate? Was looking forward to meeting you so we could continue our footie discussion in person ;)
It was a nice day, if that is the right word
Someone pointed you out to me but I knew if I was to say hello we'd just end up talking about Liverpool and Everton and blood may have been spilt so best left alone ;-)

A proud moment for the forum on a tragic day. Super organisation, great weather, good turnout.
Again, lets hope we never have to ride for another occasion like this. Respects to all the friends and family.
Peace.

Wonderful ride and a great day, thanks to the organisers and the riders who patiently dealt with the traffic...
Very moving as we snaked up to Notting Hill...that is part of my work route and I know I'll think of today and Elidh each time I ride there. A great show of community.
