anyone want a flat steel bar that's been cut down to a reasonable yet narrow length.
2 cans of quality larger at polo and its yours...
edit: it's not completely flat, it's 5 deg back sweep or whatever.

woody i think i bought those levers at the coop last week, but as soon as i realised/remembered they dont go with direct pull/standard pull brakes i took them back for a refund

Got a brand new tektro bmx lever (RH only) if anyone wants it? free for karma.
-
• #163
Will it fit road bars? If so i'd love it!
-
• #164
It'll be a 22.2mm clamp so not officially, but I've seen enough pictures of levers which have been persuaded on that it's possible.

hey. This is my first post on here, so i'll start with a request..
Does anyone have a 56cm good quality steel (531ish) frameset they wish to part with for reasonable money? by reasonable i mean not too much... something with track or horizontal drop-outs. A shitty paint job is preferred. I have a 52cm mkm 531 road frame (compleat with shity paint) to possibly swap if anyone is like me and buys stuff that doesn't fit them..
Cherrs guys/gals -

shitty paint seems quite importnt to you!?

yup, not such a fan of overly shiny things. I also have a fear of theft and a lust for rust...
-
• #170
'lust for rust' nice.
shouldn't be too hard to find a shity painted rusty 56cm. people will be giving them away.

• #171
just to clarify, I want something light, well built, in good structural working order, just a bit rough round the edges.. cheers again.

rides like a dream. 6 day geometry - track handling, slighty relaxed angles for comfort...
pm me if interested.
-
• #173
Ok.. So I'm willing to spend around £90, essentially i want something thats better than it looks..
-
• #174
£90 - go for a old road frame to convert
decent track frames are gonna be kinda tough to find at that price, however tatty they look...
-
• #175
thought as much.. you don't have any or know anyone who has any knocking around do yah!?
cheers nasty
dibs on slr please. pm photos?
