Late and missed the 'official' ride but good day out and good to put some more names to faces
Also noticed a lot of idiot drivers beeping today - STFU!
Were you there mate? Was looking forward to meeting you so we could continue our footie discussion in person ;)
It was a nice day, if that is the right word

Yep, there was a cameraman and presenter at the start. The presenter was ambushing people with a "Hi, we're from London Tonight..."
So, erm, I guess it will be on London Tonight? I don't have a TV, so not too sure what that is.

Great weather for the ride! It was quite moving - I had a tear in my eye as we passed the memorial at the end.
@ the guy who lent me an inner tube at the start - thanks so much! PM me so we can meet for me to repay you? Lost you in the crowd and didn't see you at the finish. Anyone know this guy's name? Had a bright green eastpak rucksack on (shitty description; that's all I really remember). I was the idiot doing a rush job on patching the rear wheel of my bianchi pista. Lifesaver.
no problem matty - what comes around goes around.

A really great ride.
Big up the organisers - it was impressive to see the outriders patiently explaining to all the motorists we held up why they were having to wait. It was cool to see passing peds asking 'what it was all about'. And very cool to see Eilidh's family & friends clapping as we arrived at our destination.
And obviously 200 of us RLJing Marylebone Rd / Baker St was an added bonus.

Was a nice ride… then a car ran over my rear wheel. err
Ray saved the day… (almost) for calming the situation and straightening the rim.

Arrived late at the finish point, didn't get a chance to buy a flower, but I'll come back soon and fix this. Great to see so many people and community vibes. Shame I didn't know anyone. First ride (sort of) with LFGSS crew. Big up!

Was a lovely tribute and a nice show of community spirit...thanks to the organisers (Pip, Ray and crew) and participants. Great to hear there's been an impressive sum raised for charity as well
very moving, especially when friends and family were clapping us through the traffic lights and thanking us...
