I absolutely adore these old raleighs:

Sorry new to this site and I just saw this bike and bugger I owned one 30 years ago and raced on it. I remembered the cut out bottom bracket and had a dust saver inserted. The only thing with mine was that it had a thicker rim on the front as it was a sprinters bike. It was beautiful but the tubeless tyres where a pain having to glue them to the rim.
