Yeah we went out on the more frequent ride we do, out through Waterloo, Lambeth and Vauxhall to Battersea Park, through the park then back out along Millbank to Trafalgar. Then to the John Snow for a sandwich and a chat. It's a short ride but you really feel you leave the city behind for a bit.
We rode really relaxed through the park today, it was nice to chat and goof around a bit.
