Just looking at an old invoice... I bought a dura-ace 7800 cassette for £60 in Jan 2008. The exact same model is now £115 from the same shop (ChainReaction). The 7800 was the best model at the time, so a direct comparison would actually be £140 for the 7900 cassette.... wtf.
