Wanted: Basic Fixed Wheel Set

I'm in the process of building up a really basic beginner fixed gear for a friend. I'm looking to buy a cheap wheel set, be it second hand or stock wheels. All i ask is no quick release hubs, I'm looking for bolts.

Just checked them out as I'm looking for something similar at the moment. Their £80 wheelset has no lockring thread.

Have you tried Oxford Cycle Workshop? I know it's not London but don't know where you're from. They build fixed rear wheels and sometimes have second hand parts.
